This is how we will work together to bring my conferences on communication skills to your event:

After you contact me, we will have a virtual meeting to understand the event and the type of speech you would like me to make.

I will prepare a specific proposal for your event, and after you accept it, we will set things in motion.

I will send you a detailed questionnaire with questions that will provide me with the essential information I need to do the job according to your expectations.

After your reply, we will meet to clarify doubts on both sides, get to know the venue, and close the last details.

If possible, I will visit the venue before the event to familiarize myself with the logistics.

(On-site event) On the event day, I will be prepared at the set location at least one hour before the arranged time. There are always last-minute changes; I’d rather be there when they come up. (Virtual event) We will do a dry run a day before, and I will join the meeting 15 minutes before the starting time of my speech.

The first Monday after the event, we will do a debriefing.
